The man with the most space up on stage is Philipp Milner, because he plays keyboards -- as a matter of fact, sometimes even multiple simultaneously.

Philipp came into the picture shortly after the first sessions along with bass guitarist Daniel, guitarist Christoph and Tim, the drummer at that time. He isn't simply a musician, but also a composer, arranger, advisor and a Soundtüftler--someone known for playing around and testing sounds and tones.  To experience him as a true 'Soundtüftler' in all his glory, just listen to his band Hundreds.
